Yantai Shilde Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2005. After more than 20 years of innovation and development, the company has continuously introduced and cultivated national and provincial-level innovative talents as well as foreign expert teams. Among them, 4 people have been selected for the national talent program and 3 people have been selected for the provincial talent program. The company has three industrialization bases and one research and development center, with a total area of approximately 110,000 square meters. It has formed a product chain from photoluminescent ceramic materials, LCD/OLED display materials, and integrated circuit semiconductor materials, etc., through vertical industrial upgrading. It is a domestic full-chain production base for color photoresist supporting raw materials, and a leading industrialization base for luminescent materials in terms of scale, production capacity, and product variety.

　　Our company has been continuously making efforts in the fields of photoelectric display and semiconductor chips. By leveraging the multi-disciplinary expertise of our local R&D team and combining with the full-time recruitment of experts from South Korea and Taiwan, we have jointly overcome the key core technologies that were previously "stuck" in the entire series of LED phosphors, fluorescent ceramic sheets, color photoresist materials, organic insulating films, and anisotropic conductive films (ACF), achieving domestic substitution. Currently, we are also conducting research and development on transparent ceramic materials for AI/VI glasses.

　　The company has been recognized as a national-level high-tech enterprise and a specialized and innovative enterprise in Shandong Province. It has established a postdoctoral research station, a "one enterprise, one technology" R&D center in Shandong Province, and a key laboratory for color display and camera chip photolithography adhesive materials in Yantai City. It also possesses 145 independent intellectual property rights. The company has long been conducting industry-university-research cooperation with Shaanxi Normal University, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Dalian University of Technology, etc., and has jointly established a master's and undergraduate student internship and practical training base with Shaanxi Normal University.
